Giancarlo Giammetti, the longtime partner of famous fashion designer Valentino Garravani, has admitted that he and Valentino have not been intimate lovers in approximately forty years.

'I was just 30 when the physical part of our relationship ended,’ he said in the November issue of Vanity Fair.

In the article, Giammetti is prompted about the massive admission, which he has made in his new Assouline book, Private, out this month.
